چکیده
جنگ ایدهها مدلی برای مواجهه با جهان کمونیسم در دوران جنگ سرد بود. پس از فروپاشی بلوک شرق، این مدل با وقفهاي کوتاه، مجدداً در محافل اندیشهاي امریکایی بازسازی و برای مواجهه و مقابله با جهان اسلام به کار برده شد. این محافل بر این باورند که جهان اسلام جایگزین جهان کمونیسم شده است و مواجهه با آن نیز باید براساس مدل جنگ سرد باشد. در این زمينه، نویسنده اين مقاله ضمن نقد رفتارهای سیاست خارجی واشنگتن، راهکارهایي مؤثر و کارامد برای تعامل با جهان اسلام و چگونگی پیروزی در جنگ ایدهها برمبنای مدل جنگ سرد ارائه میدهد. به بیان دیگر، فرضیه مقاله اين است که کاربرد مدل «نبرد ایدهها» در جنگ سرد در مواجهه با چالش کنونی امنیت ملی امریکا در خاورمیانه میتواند به شکل تأثیرگذار ایدئولوژیهای افراطی را از بین ببرد و باعث استحکام موقعیت ایالات متحده در جامعه جهانی شود.

Abstract
The battle of ideas was model for Confronting with the communism world during the Cold War. After the collapse of the East Bloc, this model with a short pause, by American intellectual circles rebuilt and was used for confronting the Islamic world. These circles believe that Islam world has replaced communism world, thus Confronting with it should be based on the Cold War model. In this regard, the author of this paper, in addition examination of the Washington foreign policy behaviors, will provides effective strategies for engagement with the Muslim World and how to win in the battle of ideas based on cold war model. In other words, the hypothesis of this paper is that application of successful model of the “battle of ideas” in the Cold War in the confronting with current challenge of U.S National Security in the Middle East could will destroy extremist ideologies and will strengthens the U.S. position in the global community.

كان يعتبر صراع الافكار نوعا من المواجهة امام العالم الشيوعي في أيام الحرب الباردة. لكن بعد انهيار المعسكر الشرقي، بعد وقفة قصيرة قد أعيد استخدام هذا النوع من المواجهة من قبل الاوساط الفكرية الأمريكيه. و تم استخدامه للمواجهة مع العالم الاسلامي، تعتقد هذه الاوساط أن العالم الاسلامي قد حلّ محل العالم الشيوعي و يحب ان تكون مواجهتها علي سياق الحرب الباردة و في هذا المضار اضافة الي تحليل سلوكيات السياسة الشرق الاوسطيه لواشنطن، بحث كاتبان حول الطرق المؤثرة للتعامل مع العالم الاسلامي و كيفية الاتتصار في صراع الافكار علي اساس منهج الحرب الباردة و بعبارة اخري تقول فرضية المقال أن استخدام نوع ناجح من صراع الافكار في الحرب الباردة في مواجهة مع التحديات الحالية للامن القومي الامريكي في الشرق الاوسط يمكن ان يسقط الإيدئولوجيات المتطرفة و يؤدي الي تعزيز مكانة الولايات المتحدة في المجتمع الدولي.
