مسلمانان اروپا: بررسي زمينه‌هاي الحاق به شبکه‌هاي تروريستي

چکیده
«تروريسم اسلامي اروپايي» يا «مسلمانان تروريست اروپايي» که به کرات در رسانه‌هاي غربي با هدف ترويج اسلام‌هراسي شنيده مي‌شود، به عنوان پديده‌اي مشکوک و امري سياسي‌ـ‌اجتماعي شايسته بررسي است. در اين زمينه، عوامل اصلي گرايش مسلمانان به گروه‌هاي افراطي را مي‌توان در چند مرحله مورد توجه قرار داد. در مرحله اول، اين گرايش حاصل تشديد فعاليت‌هاي اسلام‌هراسانه، فشارهاي سياسي و اجتماعي به مسلمانان، سرخوردگي از زندگي غرب و… بوده است؛ ولي در مرحله بعد، نقش تبليغي گروه‌هاي افراطي و حتي ترغيب غيرمستقيم دولت‌های اروپايي با هدف سرنگوني حکومت اسد در سوريه تأثيرگذار بوده است. موضوع قابل توجه ديگر، پروژه‌اي بودن پديده «تروريسم اسلامي اروپايي» با همکاري و تباني دولت‌هاي غربي و برخي گروه‌هاي افراطي وهابي و تکفيري است و هرچند گرايش مسلمانان به آن ناچيز است، جنبه بزرگ‌نمايي و غلو نسبت به آن در رسانه‌ها مي‌تواند ابزار مناسبي در توجيه اقدامات امنيتي و سياست‌هاي جنگ‌طلبانه برخي دولت‌هاي اروپايي و مقابله با رشد اسلام راستين و ارائه گفتمان اصيل اسلامي باشد.

Abstract
“European Islamic Terrorism” or “Muslim Terrorists in Europe” that in western media is frequently addressed to promote Islamophobia, is a dubious social- political phenomenon that is worthy of investigation. In this regard, different levels of the Muslims’ orientations toward terroristic groups and the main reasons behind that should be investigated. Firstly, this orientation was resulted by the escalation of Islamophobic actions, social and political pressures on Muslims, and the frustration of the life in west, etc. However, in the next phase, the role of extremist groups’ propaganda and even the indirect encouragement of the European governments to overturn Assad regime in Syria have been influential. It is also noteworthy that the “European Islamic Terrorism” phenomenon has been carried out with the cooperation and collusion of Western governments and some Takfiri and Wahhabi groups. And although Muslims’ orientation toward terrorism is trivial, but some European governments through exaggerations and hyperbole in media have employed it as a justification for their warmongering policies and confronting the development of the true Islam as well as the genuine Islamic discourse.

“الإرهاب الإسلامي الاوربي” أو “المسلمون الاوربيون الإرهابيون”، هذه مصطلحات يتم إعادتها على وسائل الإعلام الغربي بهدف توسيع موجة الاسلاموفوبيا، تبدو ظاهرةً مريبة وموضوعاً سياسياً-اجتماعياً يستحق التدقيق فيه. يمكن تقسيم الأسباب الأساسية لتوجه المسلمين إلى الجماعات الإرهابية إلى عدة مراحل. في المرحلة الأولى جاء هذا التمايل نتيجة لتكثف عمليات الاسلاموفوبيا، والضغوط السياسية والإجتماعية على المسلمين، والتململ من حياة الغرب و…..؛ ولكن في المرحلة التالية، كان للدور الإعلامي للجماعات المتطرفة وحتى الدور الغير مستقيم الذي لعبته الدول الأوربية الأثر البارز في الترغيب للإنضمام إلى الجماعات المتطرفة بهدف إسقاط نظام الأسد في سورية. وأيضاً ما يثير التساؤل هو تزامن ظاهرة “الإسلام الإرهابي الاوربي” مع تعاون وميل بعض الدول الغربيةلبعض الجماعات المتطرفة الوهابية والتكفيرية، ومع كون تمايل المسلمين للتطرف ضعيفاً، يلعب الإعلام دوراً بارزاً في تبرير الخطوات الأمنية والسياسات الداعية للحرب من قبل بعض الدول الاوربية، وأيضاً في مواجهة نمو الإسلام الصحيح القائم على الخطاب الإسلامي الأصيل.
